As I write this hospital admissions and deaths are sadly at an all time high. As we are classified as a health care business we are permitted to remain open. However we are operating with some strict criteria in place to ensure that our staff and our customers remain Covid safe.
All visitors to our shops ( and the same applies for home visits) will be expected to cancel appointments if they have any of the by now well recognised Covid symptoms.
All visitors to our shops must make use of our hand sanitisers on entry, wear a mask as a minimum of PPE and will maintain at least 2m distance from all staff members at all times ( except briefly for otoscopy).
The Audiologist will wear a mask and will sanitise his/her hands immediately before and after any contact with the customer.
For ear wax removal hand sanitizing and mask wearing will be supplemented by the audiologist wearing a Covid safe apron.
Hearing health is a vital part of overall well being. With so many elderly people now in isolation it is more important than ever that their hearing be as good as possible. Hearing the phone ring or just hearing the TV has never been so important to so many.
Existing customers will still be able to make use of our free aftercare for minor repairs and fine tuning.
We will come through this terrible chapter and when we do UK Hearing Centres in Congleton Glossop and Poynton will be there to help with your hearing needs.

Being close to the Astra Zeneca site at our Congleton shop, we are proud to have fitted hearing hearing aids to many former and current staff members of A.Z.
