That is why we offer free life time after care with all hearing aids purchased from our Congleton, Glossop and Poynton shops.
Hearing aids, like any other electrical devices, require maintenance and adjustment. Its so comforting for our customers to know that they can simply pick up the phone whenever they need any practical help with their hearing aids ( no matter how trivial it may seem) and we will be on hand to assist speedily and effectively.
At UK Hearing Centres we expect customers to be in touch with issues or questions – its par for the course with hearing aids. That is why we are happy to receive these enquiries and deal with them.
Our three centres at Congleton, Glossop and Poynton have all won awards for outstanding customer service – and during the pandemic we have taken this service to new heights. We have offered a remote repair service where customers can send their hearing aids to us and we will send them back direct after they have been repaired, thus avoiding the need to come to the shop.

When I dropped my hearing aid and it needed repair I was very distressed because I was self isolating and couldn’t get to the shop in Congleton. Anthony was in my area two days after I phoned and he collected the aid. His colleague dropped it back at my house 4 days later fully repaired! I was most grateful and impressed by this wonderful care.”
