A new system allowing real time tracking of all new orders and repairs has been installed to improve even further our level of service at Congleton, Poynton and Glossop.
The new system allows us to see at any given time exactly where a new order is up to at production enabling us to keep customers better informed. Repairs can also be monitored in the same way.
Customer service advisor Julie Birch loves the new system “I can see when a hearing aid is leaving the factory or lab for one of our centres and I can then call the customer and tell them exactly when it will arrive for collection.”
